Janet’s Quick and Easy Treat
 
 
INGREDIENTS:
Dollop of Plain Yogurt
1 T Grade B Maple Syrup
Shredded or Grated Coconut, lightly toasted
Pecans, Almonds or Walnuts, lightly toasted
Frozen Mangos, Raspberries or Blueberries
 
METHOD:
Place ¾ cup of fruit in a bowl. Mix tablespoon of maple syrup with yogurt. Place on top of fruit. Top with coconut and nuts to taste.
 
Option: Place frozen fruit in blender. Add ¾ cup of yogurt and maple syrup for ice cold smoothie. Top with coconut and nuts.
